Had the new Norden spa ritual this morning and what can I say but Wow!! Siobhan was my therapist and she was fantastic. Thank you siobhan!! I had the lavender scrub, mask and the mint mask and the scents were amazing! The whole experience was just beautiful. Highly recommended the new Norden range!!

Amy my therapist made me feel so welcome and relaxed the minute I walked into Mingala Spa! I loved my treatment and found it very relaxing. The meditation recording was a lovely addition as were the chocolate fingers! Thanks again.

I got Hollywood, full leg and my armpits waxed with Amy and she really makes me feel at ease. She keeps me talking and distracts me. She’s gas and makes me laugh. She genuinely cares about her clients and id recommend her to anyone who wants to get waxed but is nervous

Absolutely brilliant. Emma and Amy went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing and relaxing experience. Emma on reception is such a lovely person welcoming with a smile and even just everyday conversation. She offered a sweet treat and the conversation easily flowed. Amy was doing my treatment and she was so welcoming. She was full of energy and was exciting to be around. Full of chat and again it was a natural conversation. I thoroughly enjoyed every second of my treatment and will be back again. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Such an oasis on a miserable rainy day. So good that I’ve booked another appointment in 2 hours time for a different treatment. Just had a massage and going back for a facial. Same day appointment in the same spa. Never done that before! That’s how much I enjoyed it. Good value too. I joined the loyalty program whereby the 5th treatment is half price. That’s gotta be good?

A wonderful experience. Maybe best massage ever. Lovely therapist…. Professional, kind and engaging. I’m an older client and know what I want and I got it in spades. Thank you
