I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Had a fabulous sports massage. Wasn't sure what to expect as normally have beauty massages. Have issues with back and shoulders so these were focussed on. Also given useful exercises to do to help with these issues.

I have had many massages over the years (several have been sports massages) and none of them even compare to how professional and knowledgeable Bal was. His prices are really fair and he doesn’t try to up sell you in any way. It’s clear what a genuine person he is and how much he cares about his profession and his clients. I've been a few times now and seen Fern every time. She's fantastic, highly recommend. Her massages are different every time, matching your bodies needs (which is great because my body is a car crash) and every time I walk away significantly better than I walked in.

This is just my third experience with sports massage, and the first two were great, but Valentina went above and beyond! She's really passionate about not only massage but fitness and health in general, and gave me some useful tips for things I can try in my training and self care, and I'm very much looking forward to trying them. Oh, and the massage itself was great too!
