Thank goodness sports massage is back! Thanks to Jason for treating the plantar I've been struggling with during the latest lockdown. Symptoms have definitely reduced after 1 session. Excellent knowledge and professional treatment. Highly recommend.

I’ve been here a few times now. Minty is a fantastic masseur and really works hard on stubborn knots caused by stress. This time I was lucky enough to have Tanya work on me and she was just as good if not better! Such a lovely lady we spoke about meditation and her experience in Thai massage was second to none. I highly recommend this place if you want a very very good Thai deep or relaxing massage

Without doubt one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve been suffering from really bad neck pain for months. Minty was incredible - she knew exactly where to focus to eliminate the knots I had, and even though it was really painful she did such a good job. I’ll be going back next week and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you minty 🙏🏼

Excellent second sports massage from Cheryl. Very professional & knowledgeable. I suffer from sore tight hips, calves and feet and she treated and eased the discomfort brilliantly. Would highly recommend.

Since moving to the area in June 2021, i have visited Teresa and Jason a couple of times, and i can honestly say they are amazing. Teresa knew exactly what was wrong with my posture and through the regular sessions has treated and re-aligned me with instruction for ongoing self help. She certainly knows her stuff and i have felt so much better for seeing her. Jason is outstanding with his sports massage. A deeper massage that i have never experienced before, but certainly works.
