This was my 3rd sports massage with Alex and it just gets better every time! I really appreciate how he tailors the bodywork to my specific problem areas. I have lower back issues and Alex does an amazing job of releasing tension points and stretching me out. Would definitely recommend! Looking forward to my next session.

I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!

Well, having not had a sports massage before, I'm kicking myself for not coming here earlier. I've had lower back stiffness for a while and Natalie seems to have needed it all away. They are a very polite, professional group of people who really care and listen while also having magic hands! Highly recommend, thanks Natalie.

Marta really got my massage right. She listed to where I needed most work and got the pressure spot on. Only thing it would be nice to have something to cover your eyes whilst on your back as the room is quite bright, but that’s a personal preference

Once again, an excellent massage.

Felt good to have my 66 yr old back shoulders neck and arms worked on. Moving house is not for the faint hearted but Marta's massage made me feel relaxed and forget about the imminent move. Feel tired now but that is normal after a massage. Highly recommend her hands and expertise.
