I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!

Well, having not had a sports massage before, I'm kicking myself for not coming here earlier. I've had lower back stiffness for a while and Natalie seems to have needed it all away. Thoroughly enjoyed my Table Thai Massage with Flame! She was great, making me feel comfortable while going through the different movements and ensuring that I felt at ease at all times and able to comment on what I wanted out of the experience. Thorough sports massage. Holly very knowledgeable, identified scar tissue causing tightness in my calf quickly and has advised on best course of action to break it down and reduce it. Will be booking regular sessions moving forwards

Wonderful massage with Ruth who made me feel totally at ease. Lovely treatment rooms with heated massage table and hot stones . The treatment was for a painful back and neck problem. It helped so much with pain and tension and was super relaxing. She also gave me expert and informed advice on how to manage my pain. Ruth really has magic hands !
