What an amazing afternoon thank you so much Pam and Kathryn My massage with Pam was amazing she is a maestro finding knots and relieving them when I didn’t even know they were there but I feel an inch taller! Then I had a facial and chemical peel with Kathryn which was relaxing and my skin feels smoother and re-energised. I had the pleasure of experiencing a sports massage with Nicola for the first time today, as part of my Marathon preparation. From the initial booking, Nicola's communication was excellent, making sure I knew where to go and park up, to understanding my specific needs and any areas of tension. The environment was incredibly relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. Nicola’s technique was spot-on, targeting all the right muscles and providing just the right amount of pressure. Overall, it was a very effective experience. Highly recommend!

Lymphatic drainage massage with Pam. After recently having surgery I am very swollen and was advised by my surgeon to have a lymphatic drainage massage. Alisha is amazing, she is welcoming, kind, and really informative, she puts you at ease straight away. Getting to know you and your injuries or concerns that you have. She provides not only great massage but advice and infomation which will help your recovery or maintainance including stretches and exercises. She talks you through everything including the massage process and the techniques which she uses such as cupping. I would highly recommend Alisha

Booked for a sports massage / rehabilitation for a shoulder injury following a recommendation. Joe was really professional and knowledgeable, the massage has definitely helped free up the joint and muscles, and given some pain relief. Joe also provided me with some exercises to use going forward which don’t require gym equipment to improve mobility & pain which I’ll be doing daily. Really impressed, thank you!
