I honestly can’t thank the Taylored Fit team enough, especially Maeve who is a miracle worker. I went there as a last resort after a viral rash on my legs left me in pain. I now incorporate my sports massage therapy into my recovery and it’s worth its weight in gold. Can’t say enough good things about this place, I wish I discovered it much sooner.

I have accessed Physio with Marc Podiatry with Tracy and Sports massage with Susan. Between them, they have fixed a trapped nerve, plantar fasciitis and general problems from Hypermobility. I am self-employed and it is very important to me to be active and pain-free. The treatments here are physio led and high quality. As experts in their field, they can get to the actual cause of the problem and suggest treatment plans that will see real results. That's priceless!

This place is a hidden gem. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I booked a hot stone massage, and it was terrific. I've had hot stones before, but this was much better and different. Will definitely book in for more treatments.

I had a lovely treatment with Maeva, it was my first visit and Maeva was really friendly, took her time and listened to me through the consultation. I had a deep tissue back massage, reflexology and Indian head massage, I felt wonderful afterwards. Thank you ☺️

Kerry was very welcoming and listened to all my problems. Throughout the massage she checked to make sure everything was OK and that I was comfortable. Everything was explained to me afterwards about what was carried out and what areas we had worked on. I will be happy to go back again and have another treatment from Kerry.

Amazing! Each visit to Debbie for sports massage / osteopathy has been invaluable to me. Highly recommend.

Debbie is a gem, the way she combines osteo with sports massage has been a game changer for me. She explains what she is finding and why its a problem which I have found really useful, and she does a great job distracting me from the ouchier moments too!

Excellent sports massage that was focused and thoughtful. Clearly a masseur with a wealth of experience.

Made to feel comfortable and happy to tailor the appointment to my needs. It did feel at times more like a sports massage rather than a relaxation but it worked for me, I had a great night's sleep. Would only need to ask to have a lighter massage. Would have been nice to have some input into the choosing of oils to he used. I would have another appointment with Claire.
