Honestly can’t rate SP physiotherapy or Steph highly enough. Always there to sort out my aches and pains with treatment and massage. I visit on a regular basis for shoulder pain, due to wear & tear. Instead of popping painkillers on a daily basis I seldom have to take any thanks to Stephanie . The exercises , advice and treatment are second to none . Highly recommend .

Excellent visit with Lewis. Quick assessment of what issues I was having then straight to work sorting them out. Good sports massage to loosen things up along with some helpful pointers on stretching and strengthening a few weaker/problems areas. Returning for a follow up in a few weeks.

Another thorough and needed massage from Marie. I've started doing pottery and throwing on the wheel has caused a lot of knots in my shoulders and neck. Marie gave a tailored massage to help with those issues.
