Just finished a sports massage session with Maria for 1hr and 30mins. She is very professional! She traces the origin of your discomfort and targets the cause of it effectively. Felt so much better right after 1st session! Even though I booked late, she managed to find a more convenient slot for me. Considering I was possibly her last client of the day, she still was very strong and patient with me throughout the session. After which, she gave me some advise to aid recovery. Definitely recommended. I even subscribed for a package right after 😊

Another great massage done by Maria! I had a massive neck & back pain and she’s managed to deal with all that! Such a relief! She’s so knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment was finished with 2by4 trauma release and mobility therapy to the back arms and neck by both therapists Maria and Shahana, it felt amazing 🤩 I’ve been going to Holistic Rising more often now, highly recommended! Maria is a highly skilled, highly intuitive massage therapist with a kind, warm and friendly manner, who delivers deep tissue massages which managed to resolve physiological issues I had been dealing with for months. She has a gift for understanding what her clients need, and I cannot recommend her enough. I also recently experienced the ‘2 by 4’ massage, which combined two complementary treatments delivered at same time by two therapists. It was an extraordinary massage, reiki and energy healing in tandem with acupuncture and gentle physiotherapy - I highly recommend this to everyone!!

I went for a 'Relaxation massage' at Holistic Rising yesterday. In terms of the booking process - it was quick and easy, and they offered lots of different time slots. The price was also reasonable, in my opinion - £60 for 60 minutes. The massage and my masseuse, Sharon, were brilliant. She personalised my experience by asking what oil I wanted, if I wanted music or not, what pressure I wanted, and if there were any focus areas. The reason why I haven't given this experience a 5 star rating is because there was quite a lot of chatter outside the room - which made me feel less relaxed.

I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. She helped me to relieve old muscle knots and drain fluids in my body through a mix of trauma release massages and lymphatic drainages. My body started to feel lighter, my legs less swollen, my period came back after many years of amenorrhea. Maria was simply amazing. The massage was a whole discovery session on my body and I'm walking away feeling brand new. Completely new to sports massage and she was so great at guiding me through it. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent (and tough!) sports massage given by Maria. Maria worked so hard throughout the session and I would very much recommend her.

This was my first sports massage. Maria was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She quickly assessed where the issues were and targeted the session on those affected areas. I had numerous knots in my trapezoids leading to shoulder discomfort and pain. Maria pin pointed the effected areas and ironed out every fibre. She also provided with advice on detoxification and how subtle lifestyle changes can add up to better my quality of life. I play cricket in the summer and plan to see her regularly during the season. Highly recommended for athlete and generally active people (or otherwise)
