I booked a two hour session with Laura because I needed help dealing with a number of historic and one new sports related injury. I hadn't realised how tight some of my muscles were but through massage and manipulation of my limbs, Laura was able to work on all these areas and just loosen some of that tension in my body. I am looking forward to the next session and would recommend the service to anyone that wants to give their body some care and attention.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage, body polish, reflexology and Brightening from Emm, and it was truly an incredible experience. I had a great sports massage in the comfort of my own home. Laura was professional and knowledgeable and gave me good advice and a range of exercises to follow. I will definitely be booking another session soon!

I had Back Waxing and a 90min Deep tissue massage and stretchings with Val. He expertly delivered the treatment and was very intuitive on treating my shoulders and upper back where I carry a lot of tension, addressed all the issues I had and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Impeccably clean environment and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended
