The treatment provided by Leyon was amazing. The tension he released from my shoulders & neck was crazy - what a difference. He then helped with my groin making sure I left the room in a much better state than I arrived.! This was more like much needed physio than a massage but just what I needed for my physical wellbeing. I’ll be back next month - hugely worth the money, very impressed. My friend has booked straight in too. Thank you Leyon.

This was my third visit to see Karl at bio-wise therapy and each time I have a session I always come out after feeling relaxed, calm and stress free, also within a couple of days my muscles always feel stress and ache free. Came into bio wise with moderate neck , shoulder and back pain , and quite poor mobility , work related and contact sports , never had treatment before just soldiered on like a typical bloke , had my first session with karl who you can tell is passionate about his job and knows his stuff , left there pain free and felt like a new man , got out of bed this morning fresh , looking forward to next session

Popped in to have a sports massage by Lauren. Before the massage, I felt as if my lower back was going to give way every time I bent down to pick something. She has done a fantastic job getting into the muscles. I have no problem getting up from bending down now 😀. Thanks

I’ve never had a sports massage before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Although it was a bit painful it has worked amazingly. I arrived with pain in my right hip and was advised it was due to my left quad muscle! I can’t believe the difference. I’m very impressed.

I'm still in a lot of pain and I've cancelled the next appointment with you as I decided to get some help for my shoulder as you felt the pain may come from there.
