This was a great experience. It was my first time having a sport massage and Gary made me feel very comfortable through the process. It was great that I was able to access this service from the comfort of my own home. He explained what he was doing and tailored the appointment to my specific needs. I’ve never had a sports massage before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Although it was a bit painful it has worked amazingly. I arrived with pain in my right hip and was advised it was due to my left quad muscle! I can’t believe the difference. I’m very impressed.
