Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

I heard a lot about Erika as a good massage therapist, but I didn’t have enough time to get there. And it was a matter of chance that I was presented with a gift certificate for 3 full sessions. And after the first session, according to the assesment of my body, I was surprised that the problem was in my body in a completely different place than I expected. After the remaining 2 sessions, I already felt the result on my body. I had strong headaches before visiting the massage, And at the first session, Erika does for me a head massage, and each time my pain went away.

This was my third visit to see Karl at bio-wise therapy and each time I have a session I always come out after feeling relaxed, calm and stress free, also within a couple of days my muscles always feel stress and ache free. Highly recommend this professional service to anyone in need of sports/muscle therapy, head to his website and check out how he can help you.

Came into bio wise with moderate neck , shoulder and back pain , and quite poor mobility , work related and contact sports , never had treatment before just soldiered on like a typical bloke , had my first session with karl who you can tell is passionate about his job and knows his stuff , left there pain free and felt like a new man , got out of bed this morning fresh , looking forward to next session

I just had the best sports massage with Erika! She really knows her stuff when it comes to the body and muscles. She zeroed in on all my tight spots and worked out the tension like a pro. I felt so much better afterward. Erika's super knowledgeable and really good at what she does. If you need a great sports massage, go see her!

Amazing service, booked myself with Erika for a sports massage, she found the issue in couple minutes then worked on it and at the end the pain i had in my back is completely gone and now they feel like brand new😊would recommend her to whoever needs a massage therapy. Erika is without a doubt a very skillful and knowledgeable massage therapist. Even though it was my first visit I can confidently say that I am thrilled with the results achieved.
