i had my first sports massage today, it was like nothing I have experienced before and did I need it. I walked out with less pain in the shoulder which I have had for over a year. It was uncomfortable at times but I knew it was doing me good. I've already booked to go back. Thank you very much

Chloe was absolutely brilliant, got six years of tension and knots out of my back and shoulders and neck! The hot stones were like a hot both, very soothing after the intensity of the sports massage Highly recommend Will be making a regular appointments to keep on top of it.

I can't recommend Abbie enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to assess my specific needs and any areas of tension. The atmosphere was calming, allowing me to relax and fully benefit from the treatment. I left feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle my next workout. If you're an athlete or just someone looking to relieve muscle tension, this is definitely the place to go!
