I come to posture and poise for a sports massage because I hold a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders. Kate is strong and always manages to attend to the knots I'm my back with care & good humour (the tension in my shoulders can be really tough!). I always leave feeling much lighter, at ease and smile on my face after pottering around their lovely shop which has a great vibe. Thanks guys!

Sophie is an intuitive massage therapist in my opinion. My massage was focused on my upper back, shoulders and neck, following a spasm. I experienced immediate relief following her massage and continue to feel the benefits. Superb experience in a beautiful setting. Sophie is calm, confident and an expert masseuse. Excellent sports massage as always!

So first of all for background and context, I am a regular 3-4 wks customer for massage treatments. I try every time to try and find what I know to be a TRUE Sports massage! I have two injuries; a hamstring pull and a quad strain. Today I had my first treatment with Rachel. The Pre-Consultaion was in-depth and detailed, my confidence was already raised and expectation’s heightened. Rachel pre-warned me it would be Firm but all massage therapist say that! Rachel was telling the truth💪 The environment, oils, music were all as expected but the treatment was simply ‘off the charts’ FIVE⭐️PLUS!
