I received my therapy which was a sports massage from Lauren at Align Therapies and prior to my visit my lower back certainly was not in a good place but only after a 30minute therapy ,i can honestly say my lower back is much better .I certainly fully recommend this service and would definitely recommend in future to all i inow Thank you very much .

Awesome today lower back and all left leg massaged and acupuncture done feeling good now .

Lauren does the best sports massage. Knowledgeable and professional at all times. Venue is clean and fresh.

All of left leg and knee massaged and acupuncture done so much better now able to bend my knee a bit more.

Lowri was very professional. She helped my son Iago relax, as this was his first time having a sports massage. She communicated clearly, explaining why and what she was doing. She also gave clear advice on how to exercise, eat and drink to aid recovery. Diolch yn fawr Lowri

I had a Sports massage with Lauren she's amazing, so professional and really knows what she's doing. I've tried numerous other treatments over a 3 month period for a neck and shoulder complaint and this is the only treatment that has made a real difference.

Excellent session with Gareth, problem with my hip was diagnosed then had a good massage session stretching the muscle in question. Detailed follow up exercises emailed to me after the session.

Sara gave a superb and effective sports massage. Loved it, and I will be returning for another really soon.
