We booked 90-minute sessions and thoroughly enjoyed the experience—the perfect way to unwind after busy days exploring the city. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and maintains a high level of professionalism. The cozy and clean ambiance adds to the overall positive experience.

I was lucky to experience a Swedish body massage with Pearl and she did an amzing job and I felt great after it. The only thing I was missing a bit was the "typical wellness and spa atmosphere" that -especially me- helps to calm down, relax and makes a massage wholesome for me. (Like a decorated room, warm colors, some scent, etc.) But as the massage was good, I would go there anytime again.

I visited @ the Inns cape hotel, the rest room are smelling so nice and very clean. The spa treatment was amazing with the massage therapist Euritta. She is super excellent.the minute she layed her hands on me I felt so much love and care. She knew where to touch and how to manipulate those stiff muscles and the stress I had was released after the treatment. I will definitely come back for my massage treatment. Euritta is the best😘

I have just had the most amazing 90 minutes sports massage. It was my first visit to this place as I’m new to Cape Town and was very tight and sore from moving boxes and hiking. The therapist was very polite, professional and amazing. She was strong and worked hard on releasing all the muscles. I came away feeling much lighter.
