I had my haircut done by Kevin. It feels like I’ve been waiting and searching for a hairstylist just like Kevin my whole life! I’ve never felt so understood and seen while expressing my hair concerns. He gave me a PERFECT cut and I feel that much more confident maintaining the health of my hair from now on! I have long naturally curly hair and I normally cut my split ends myself because I find hairdressers often cut too much off, but my sister recommended I go see Daz at Funky Toque because she is very skilled, attentive and trustworthy. So I booked my appointment and I'm so happy I did! Daz was so warm, welcoming, and completely understood my fear of removing too much length. She did an amazing job at cutting only what was necessary and also shaping and giving more volume to my haircut on top of being the sweetest ever! Now I know I can go see her instead of doing it myself, thanks Daz!

The salon is super well located and specializes in Asian hair treatments. I had my hair lightened several times in Korea which left a lot of very obvious discoloration. Not only did Kevin colour correct all the stripes but was even able to get it to the desired brightness without damage. Would travel here from Europe just for Kevin!

I had my hair done by Song Yi and she did an amazing job, i’ve received so many compliments! She worked really well around the box hair dye i previously did and was always checking up on me during the appointment if i had any questions and concerns. She also made sure to explain every step. Despite the bleach, my hair is still healthy and soft. She was super kind and i 1000% recommend!
