Absolute delight. Natalie's background (former athlete) was evident in her attention to detail, making it easy to communicate what has been going on with the body. I had a Swedish Massage with hot stones today with Linh. She was absolutely amazing! Her hands worked wonders breaking up the knots and tension in my body. The place looks amazing, and you feel very relaxed once you step foot inside. Give these guys a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Had a full body deep tissue massage, went in with some aching muscles but came out feeling refreshed and feeling energised. Would highly recommend Natalie to anybody having muscle aches or just needs a general relax massage.

From the moment I arrived I was looked after, making my way to the relaxation lounge in a plush robe enjoying a drink waiting for the lovely lady who was looking after me. The facial was wonderful, calming atmosphere, good products, comfy warm bench/table, the facial and head massage was so nice, one of the best I have had. Back to the lounge to enjoy herbal tea, water, choccies and fruit. Thoroughly recommend the Solace Day Spa
