I think today was my best visit to Solace spa. I have been to this spa about 6 times over last 4 years. The practitioner was amazing and the whole set up improved. Will be back once at Scarborough.

I had a Swedish Massage with hot stones today with Linh. She was absolutely amazing! Her hands worked wonders breaking up the knots and tension in my body. The place looks amazing, and you feel very relaxed once you step foot inside. Give these guys a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I got a back, neck and shoulder massage and a facial lymphatic massage. The facial massage was my favourite! I had lots of knots in my back/neck and although my neck was sore, the next day I felt great! Wooo! Thank you. The ladies that work here are so thoughtful and kind!

Everything about this experience was simply excellent!! I arrived just as another extremely satisfied client was leaving, to warm and professional welcome. Natalie's beautiful energy's made me feel so relaxed and at ease. I have had a lot of massages over the years but this was hands down the best I've ever experienced. I left feeling relaxed and renewed and can't wait to go back again - I have found my person! This was more than just a massage, it was a holistic and uplifting experience that helped refocus me on the importance of self care. I can't recommend Natalie enough -simply amazing

Booked for a couples full body treatment and the whole experience was just divine. Can’t recommend highly enough. Shout out to Victoria for the best massage I have ever had. Will definitely be returning next time I visit Scarborough

My neck and shoulders were so tight and sore before seeing Nat today. After another incredible massage I walked out feeling instantly looser and more relaxed. Nat is so good at what she does.

What a wonderful, relaxing experience! Both myself and my mom had a Solstace signature massage. Our masseuse/massage therapists were extremely professional and we walked out feeling like we were floating on clouds! Couldn't recommend a visit to Solstace more!

I’ve been coming to see Nat for the past 6 months and she has been a god send for my sore muscles, especially my back. I tired the new infrared massage and it was unreal. I felt instant relief as soon as it was put on my sore muscles. I felt so good after and I slept amazing. Can’t wait for my next one.
