Very professional was my first impression. Arrived early, set up quietly and then the service. Massage was great just enough pressure which meant I was asleep in minutes. Pedicure was just right and my toes and feet feel amazing. I will be recommending Shanice and see you again soon.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the Island Xmas spa experience at Reflections Spa. My treatments began with the Lomi massage and a facial expertly administered by the masseuse (unfortunately I'm bad with names and I've forgotten hers). I, however, have not forgotten her skilled hands which worked out every knot and kink, leaving me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The massage was tailored to my specific needs, with just the right amount of pressure and technique. Next I had the pedicure, which left my feet looking and feeling pampered. Rating: 5/5

I recently had one of the most relaxing pedicures ever! The service was exceptional. Julisa was not only skilled but also incredibly nice and friendly. She made the whole experience so enjoyable with her warm personality and great conversation—it felt like catching up with an old friend! She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, from the foot soak to the massage, and paid attention to every detail. My feet feel amazing, and I left feeling completely pampered and relaxed. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience along with excellent service. It was a mind blowing experience for me, I had no idea that having a facial could offer such an unique experience. I felt so relax as my face was being massaged, like I was on a tropical island all by mself. I had the classic facial and a classic pedicure and that too was nice, the two for $99 special. I would definitely return, because I have to experience a back massage and other services also. The staff was extremely professional, warm and welcoming. Nice set up and environment. The two ladies who helped us and administered our treatments were friendly, warm and excellent in the session themselves. We had the Karma Rejuvenate -Full Body Body Swedish Massage + ELEMIS mini Facial treatment which I would recommend. Great experience and I'll definitely come back and would recommend trying Karma Spa for yourself.

Had a Swedish massage with Niketa, have had many in the past and this is without a doubt the best ever!

One of the best hot stone massages I've ever had - and I've had a few. The spa is welcoming, quiet, easy. The music plays gently in the background, loud enough for you to be aware of it, but low enough that it doesn't infiltrate your thoughts. Our therapists were friendly, professional & accommodating. Sadly I cannot remember the spelling of my therapist's name, but she was just amazing. She really worked on my body to get those knots and tight muscles loose. I felt 2" taller when I left! 90mins was perfect for me. My Mum had a Swedish massage & she felt the same. Will def be returning.
