I think I’ve had one of my best massages with Ali. I’ve had a quite a few and would really recommend. I felt warm and comfortable and the treatment room was very nice. I will definitely be rebooking.

Had a great myofascial massage with Lisa today after experiencing DOMS from my return to Pilates after a month away. Lisa was incredibly intuitive, applying just the right amount of pressure to provide much-needed relief. I left feeling lighter, less tight, and ready to get back to my routine. Highly recommend!

Superb deep tissue massage from Lolly - helping to get my legs in particular back in shape following a lot of hilly hiking over the summer. I have been going to Natural Balance whenever I’ve needed some ‘maintenance’ for 15 years+ and seen a number of therapists in that time - all excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had an abyhanga massage with the perfect amount of pressure to feel relaxed. The massage bed was comfortable and heated, so I was nice and warm.

It was my first massage with Alice and I went for the pregnancy massage. She made me feel really comfortable and welcoming, it was an all around lovely experience and such valuable time for me to relax but also connect with my baby. I can't recommend her enough and will definitely be going back for treatments post pregnancy.
