Alex was professional, understanding and friendly. I had a Hot Stone Massage. She asked if I had any existing ailments and if any areas of body required particular attention. I felt relaxed throughout and after treatment.

I have the million dollar facial which is amazing. The ice globe massage is gorgeous. Nicole is so lovely and explains everything & if you have any skin care worries she always has suggestions to make it better. Highly recommended.

Nicole was great in explaining what she was doing and used a good massage technique and concentrated on the areas I needed. Felt very sleepy afterwards. :-)

I booked in with Amy for a full BIAB which I’d never had before; I’ve had bad experiences with acrylics whereby my nails would react badly and itch incessantly, but when I explained this to Amy she was so knowledgeable and explained every step to me and I felt so comfortable right away. I can’t wait for my next appointment and I’m so so over the moon with my new nails - thank you Amy!
