I've just had a lovely 3 hour treatment. The colonic was great, step by step I was talked through it. I finished off with an all body massage and facial. So relaxing and all the facial oils/creams smell amazing. Thank you....I'll be back!

Karen is lovely and friendly. Knowledgeable also, I found natural body cafe when I was researching for LDM massages post surgery. Not only does she know about her services and products she also knows about compression garments etc post surgery! Amazing! Love coming for my LDM massages and chats 100% recommend

Back to see Jess again today for a full body polish & massage. As with the other treatments she has given me, I came away feeling very relaxed. She has a very professional manner for a young girl & it is this that gave me confidence in her. She would be a valued addition to any beauty salon.

Lydia did a great Swedish massage . She is kind and very professional . I unfortunately was interrupted by an important call during the massage but Lydia gave me time and extended the treatment . Again , she was kind , lovely social skills and very professional.
