Great massage

Sports massage was exactly what I needed. Jo explained what she was doing at every point and why I am having the problems I am. She’s a true professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Have been having swedish back massages for years to relieve migraines and stress at another salon, but due to personal circumstances, needed to try somewhere else. Nicola was amazing, explaining everything, as all places differ, but I've never come out of a massage feeling as relaxed and such immediate relief. Would highly recommend and I think I'll be a regular customer.
