Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Anna provides a very relaxed and serene atmosphere with the most amazing massage you could wish for. Knots and tension in my back neck and shoulders has greatly reduced and a monthly maintenance programme keeps aches and pains at bay, highly recommend Thanks Anna x

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. The session began with a deeply relaxing back massage and seamlessly transitioned into an incredible Indian head massage.
