A fantastic visit yet again at the massage academy with Gaynor. There's always a lovely relaxed atmosphere throughout treatment and Gaynor always speaks and explains of anyway aspects you need to be aware of throughout. Currently recovering from a mild rtc and my second visit with Gaynor I'm already feeling a huge benefit from my therapy. It was good to hear that an old school friend of mine had also visited through my recommendation too.

Just had the Swedish massage done. I was in a lot of pain in my neck when I arrived. Michaela was fantastic and did some extra to help with the tension built up in my shoulders. Very relaxing and I feel so much better. Definitely be back again soon!

I have just had the ‘back to basics’ massage with Jo & I already can’t wait for my next treatment! From the second I walked in I felt relaxed, before the massage even begun. I appreciated that Jo explained how the treatment would go and what to expect. I usually really struggle to switch off during treatments however with the gorgeous spa music playing and the cosy lighting I could’ve easily fallen asleep! Thank you for the best Friday morning I’ve had in a long time. X

Absolute perfection 💞. Cannot rate highly enough, there is so much attention to detail I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in. After having back ache for months my back now feels incredible Jo really go above and beyond to ensure her customers have an amazing experience. Absolutely magical ✨ From the moment I walked through the door I felt at ease. Such beautiful welcoming energy, and such a beautiful room which makes you feel you’ve been transported to a magical place. The all over body hot stones massage was divine, and the scalp massage add on was the cherry on the cake. I feel completely and utterly blissed out. Thank you Jo, I will be back for more 🩷🩷🩷

Had the mix and match done last week, Nell is the best at any type of massages and facials, just had a pedicure too for the first time ever and absolutely loved it, can’t go a week without visiting the salon and Nell is so good with recommendations too anything she mentions I get it booked😂 she’s the best and can’t wait to book in with her again!

Scott was fantastic! I left feeling completely relaxed and had a great nights sleep following my Thai foot massage! He explains everything and talks you through the different pressure points and how they correspond to other ailments. I’ll definitely book in again!

I feel every time I visit, Jo connects in some way with my mind, body and soul. I sometimes feel emotional (in a good way) due to the release of tension and expertise of the massage. I feel lighter and like I’ve been properly ‘looked after’. Wouldn’t ever go elsewhere- The Self Care Sanctuary is top of the league!

I’ve been coming to Unique Therapies for a while now and I just love the treatments. The massages that I’ve been having make me feel energised and invigorated. I sleep so much better after every one and every time I have a massage I feel better than the last time, if that makes sense.
