I hadn’t been to Sanctuary for a couple of weeks, as I’d been away… well, I got a big welcome back! I highly recommend the Winter Magic Special - combining Thai massage, hot stones and reflexology. So good! The massage pressure was perfect, and I got up 90 minutes later feeling fabulous. A brilliant way to start the day. Kob kun ka. 🙏

This is my favourite massage place. I love Thai massage for being strong yet gentle. And the care you receive straight away with the lemon and rose foot bath and a cup of tea. I go at least once a month and every time feel so good afterwards. A heartfelt recommendation. Lana

My massage was done by BT, who I had already met at another place and I was so happy to see her again. She knows. her job in and out, will massage away all the knots and aches. I have has a lot of massages done by different masseurs and mostly by Thai personnel, and BT is by far the best. I just hope she stays around for as long as I stay around. I couldn't function without her. I trust and value her as she enables me to go out and be physical and do my job. Love you BT. Thank you and see you again.

I had a great experience at Lak Thai The masseuse was friendly and very thorough and while I didn’t have any particularly sore or tense spots, I was very relaxed at the end. The rooms were very clean and a good price. I will definitely go again. I have had a number of Thai massages and fell that this was very good.

AMAZING. I am a regular at the Sanctuary, with the traditional Thai massage being a favourite. But no two massages are ever the same… there is no predictability, no boredom. Por quickly assesses what the body needs - today she didn’t even ask me where was sore, but quickly worked it out. Having trained previously as an orthopaedic nurse, I trust her implicitly with a niggly knee injury. Her colleagues are also warm and friendly, and I finish every visit to Sanctuary Birkenhead by floating down the stairs. I am a better person after a massage from Por and her magic hands. I had a fabulous massage at Siwalai Thai Massage by Terri. I have been there several times and I am never disappointed. All the ladies are lovely and I come away feeling relaxed. The place is beautifully set up and has a great atmosphere.
