I booked an appointment with Vee through Fresha, and I’m so glad I did! She took the time to discuss the state of my hair and what styles would work best for me during the consultation. She also answered any questions I had about my hair. Her approach was incredibly professional and thoughtful, and she was so gentle with my hair throughout the entire process. You can tell that she is passionate about what she does, and her attention to detail is amazing. I’ll definitely be returning for my next appointment. Highly recommend! 10/10

Great experience! I was looking for a place where the professional would understand I didn't want my hair shorter than it is. I'm glad I went here, because the cut is great and it's not shorter: they gave my hair a beautiful and modern shape. Plus: it was a pleasure to talk to Vee, she's cute, kind and will listen and answer all your questions! See you next time!

I went to Lumi for the first time and had a hair cut with Tom, he was so attentive and asked me about my hair routine/best way for me to maintain my hair if I wanted to grow it and keep it hydrated and moisturised. I like a hairstylist who imparts their knowledge and recommendations rather than me looking at Pinterest for a picture. In the end, we went for a drastic bob which I loved and a fusion dosage which left my hair feeling healthy and moisturised after all the bleach damage I had. Look forward to coming back in the near future 🧡

Traycie is the hair extensions queen. She is professional, so knowledgeable and really cares about hair health. She is also so friendly and lovely to chat to. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
