Solomon is, without question, a hidden gem in London’s hair scene. I’ve been loyal for a year now, and honestly, I wouldn’t let anyone else near my hair. His expertise is unmatched – he knows exactly what he’s doing, and his product selection actually lives up to its promises (a rarity, let’s be honest). Rukky is absolutely fantastic. My 6 year old didn’t have the best experience at another salon so was very anxious about getting her hair done. Rukky knowing this made my daughter feel so comfortable, she was encouraging, super supportive, made her laugh and always asked her how she was feeling throughout the appointment. My daughter did not cry once and became very relaxed and talkative!! I got great hair consultation, the treatment provided was superb. Her hair came out beautifully. 2nd visit to The House of Plush and was pleasant as my last visit. I'm on a journey with my hair so really needed someone who understood this. My hair was washed by the lovely assistant; who was very gentle & communicated well. Sylvia was brilliant, as always. She listened, asked the right questions and understood I'm not ready to go for a chop just yet so agreed with me to go in between & recommended steps to take to care for my hair until next visit.
