I had an amazing colour consultation with Arch. He was very attentive in giving me best options to keep my hair not only beautiful, but also healthy. There was no rushing, we even went over the time. And the receptionist was very friendly too.

Amazing experience as always would never go anywhere else. He does the best range of services, one of which my favourite is keratin - I have 3B hair and get this every 6 months. Hair is easy to maintain and requires little to no upkeep, the absolute dream. Can’t wait to see him next as he’s got some new products coming soon!

I visited Hayato on January 27th for a haircut, shampoo, and a consultation about perm options. The experience was absolutely fantastic 😍 ☺️ Airi, my stylist, was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and patient. She carefully listened to my concerns and needs, offering sincere and professional advice. I'm beyond satisfied with the entire process. Also, the tea and little treats provided were a lovely and thoughtful touch 🙌 wikl definitely come for perming and treatment

Dan was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating (as well as the other staff). He listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and it came out even better than I expected. He also helped me with some consultation on hair color and we did a patch and strip test, so I'm excited to come back and get my hair colored!

I had a consultation, haircut, dye, and treatment with Vanessa. Firstly, Hayato was very accommodating to my requests and questions on email before my visit. During my consultation, Vanessa gave very helpful advice and made superb suggestions, taking my final hairstyle up to a whole new level. The entire dyeing, washing and treatment process was seamless and enjoyable. Another assistant helped to dye and dry my hair, which meant that the process was efficient. The treatment left my hair feeling so soft and rejuvenated in a way that it had never been before. All the staff were friendly+amazing.

Jess is the only person I trust to bleach my hair. She can take credit for every compliment I've received on the signature lilac hair I've had for years, and for the fact that despite rounds of bleach every eight weeks my hair is still in great condition. She's also lovely and I always look forward to our chats; appreciated as I'm usually in her chair for a good few hours!

Sarah is truly the best hairdresser Ive ever had. I’m very lucky to have her. My hair has looked amazing since I started seeing her. I went from ginger to blonde this time, and the result is incredible. She’s such a great person too. It’s always so fun! I very much enjoy every time there. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! Highly recommend Sarah!

My favourite salon experience to date. Initially I was in two minds about if I wanted hair extensions. But I was made to feel so comfortable after my consultation I decided to go ahead and I’m so glad I did. I only went for a quarter head but I absolutely love my hair. The colour match is seamless and looks so natural. Such a nice salon with friendly girls, couldn’t recommend enough
