The service was good. I had to wait quite some time between treatments. This was the only drawback, I wouldn't even say it is a negative, but was expecting to be done earlier. I love the colour of my hair, I loved the haircut & blowdry! Ladies were lovely.

I would give more than 5 stars 🤩 Amazing and professional service, got my own hair done here for the first time after seeing my daughter so happy with her own. Got professional personal recommendations for my future hair care. Both my daughter and I are happy to be part of BK clientele now.

My mum bought me here and all I can say is wow! This is my second time having my hair cut and first time coloured and I’m in love! I used to hate going to the hairdressers as I didn’t trust anyone but everyone at The Beauty Inn is SO lovely. Arkin is amazing and such a LAUGH! Usually Dale does my hair and he’s so lovely. Adele did my hair today and she literally did everything I asked for with my hair and I have zero complaints Thank you team!! x

The only downside was that the wet cut was more expensive than before, but presumably that's due to the cost of living difficulties. Although I arrived too early, the receptionist was very welcoming, friendly and made me a delicious cup of coffee. The hairdresser, Tara, was very attentive, helpful and explained things well and patiently. I'm very pleased with my hair cut and would definitely be happy with her again.

I had the best experience today ! From the minute I walked in to the minute I left, the staff were very professional! I had a wash, cut & bouncy blowdry..the stylist did my hair exactly how I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will deffo be coming back ! Couldn't recommend this place enough

The newly styled salon is lovely. Had my hair cut by Jo, she took the time to listen to what I wanted. I also had eyebrows threaded and tinted, I came away very happy with my treatments.

I wouldn't want 2 go anywhere else. So pleased the plan is to make the Lordship Lane salon a full hijabi salon إن شاء الله but I will miss the girls.
