Having experienced 3 previous cuts from other hairdressers that have not listened and I have been unhappy/disappointed with. It was a huge relief and breath of fresh air to have a hairdresser listen and cut my hair exactly as I asked! Amazing... so happy, thank you Josh!

It was very busy, but Shan was doing her best to keep to time. Both my girls got lovely haircuts and were given the time to chat through what they wanted done, and how Shan thought it would work with their face shape and hair type. Both girls are very happy.

Toni was fantastic! She was gentle, and my daughter absolutely loved her hairstyle. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The hot chocolate was a lovely treat as well. There was a small issue with the pricing, but it was handled professionally and resolved to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.

As always, an amazing salon experience at Mocha hair. Stef has such amazing colour experience that she always gets it exactly the colour I want and looking super natural.
