I went for a consultation, I was met with very friendly ladies who gave me great advice & made me feel welcome. After having the same hairdresser for years I was unhappy with my hair. Wow I absolutely love my hair now. Hayley is lovely, very friendly & professional. She is very experienced which showed in the end result. She knew what colour would look best on my hair. Best decision I made. I highly recommend Charlie Brown's 😊

I’ve been coming to Claire now for over a decade. She is exceptional! Extremely welcoming & always offer’s refreshments. She always ensures Im comfortable & explains the benefits of the products shes used. Ive actually learnt so much about my own hair and how to manage it. She’s taken me from brown to blonde - & back again! She really listens to my requirements and what I want to achieve with my hair. It’s the best hairdressing experience I’ve ever experienced. I always feel more relaxed when leaving Claire she always puts me in a good mood.She is a hair genius and I recommend her to everyone.

Absolutely love my hairdressers at Charlie Brown's Hanley., A hidden gem on Cheapside. Travel from Manchester to have my hair done, it's that good. Great skills, friendly welcoming staff. Amazing! Went for an initial consultation and discussed a treatment plan, I stated the one I had in mind from my online research but Sharon advised a different course of action which would not only be better for my hair but save me money! Such a lovely woman, we have the best chats and feels like I’m chilling at home when I’m in her chair! Regarding my hair? The only way I could explain the miracles she has performed on my hair is if I could upload pictures (if I could I would) 😭 she really understands what she’s doing and also brings your vision to life better than you imagined!

I cannot recommend Sandra enough. She cuts and layers hair brilliantly. Sandra is very skilled with all hair types, and I trust her 100% with my hair. It is always amazing once she has worked her magic! I’ve been using Sandra for about 5 years now and she always does a consultation and explains everything that she is doing. Sandra is a fantastic stylist! Whether colour, cut or extensions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Claire was brilliant and gave me fantastic advice on my cut and colour. I haven't had colour on my hair for years and am blown away by the results she's created due to her wealth of experience. She was lovely and attentive and created a really relaxed atmosphere where I felt welcome to bring my daughter with me. Would definitely recommend Hair Therapy to anyone particularly those who need to fit in some self care around a young family.
