It was amazing to be back! The Covid safety precautions in the salon are outstanding and it’s clear that Carmen has covered all bases to ensure her clients feel safe and confident in the current climate. Carmen, as always, did a very thorough consultation before we agreed on the style I wanted and, as usual, I wasn’t disappointed. I’m so happy with my hair but I always am when I leave the salon. I’d been a regular at Nicky Clarke’s before I found Kai Kos and have never gone back. Kai Kos (especially Carmen and Ross) are the best stylists/ colourists I’ve ever had.

There is nothing this lady can’t do, always ensuring I leave the salon with my hair in the best possible condition - no matter what crazy idea I’ve had! She is a colour genius and her attention to detail is second to none!

Charlotte is amazing great conversation. Felt amazing after Charlotte had finished my hair the colour looked so natural.

Angela always greets me with a warm welcome. She is very knowledgeable and professional and the condition of my hair has improved since previous appointment following the advice given. Just got back from holiday with a mane of frizzy hair. Grace worked her magic again, colour, cut, blow dry. Amazing!
