Been here a few times and loved it even told my friends to come here. I had a bad experience with an apprentice, I was happy to come back as people make mistakes. I returned 3 days later for a touch up by another apprentice. Went bad to worse. My long healthy hair is now frail, falling out and I’m left with a fringe. My top layer of hair is a finger length long and my scalp is still blistered and sore. My calls were not being answered so I made a review on fb. I wasn’t aloud to get a refund until I deleted it. I’ve now received a refund, just want to tell people my experience

My friend introduced him to me when I saw her nails done beautifully by Victor and it was truly an experience. He was very good and my nails were done gently. I really like his shape almond. And the waxing service is very gentle without any pain. Many thanks. I will come back again

This is my third time returning to this studio. Victor is an enthusiastic and sincere nail technician. He did my nails beautifully even more when I had an unsatisfactory manicure from another nail salon I had done while on vacation in Bali. The way he takes excellent care of his customers is by listening and understanding. The nail designs are very beautiful, exactly as I requested. Love Biab my nails look natural. Would highly recommend to my friends. I will come back. Thank you very much
