Gemma immediately puts you at your ease. She is so friendly but also very knowledgeable. No question was silly. The consultation was free, thorough and free of any pressure. The treatment was relatively painless - she was constantly checking my comfort levels. Will definitely be back!

Heidi is so patient and caring, it’s a pleasure to visit (even for waxing! 😂).

Gemma really took her time to talk me through the whole process and put me at me ease. I’ll definitely be back!
