I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I recently had my first ever wax with Gemma, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, and was just as chatty as I am, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Gemma was incredibly professional but still down-to-earth, creating such a relaxed atmosphere. I also took advantage of an amazing package deal, which made the whole experience even better. It was quick, easy, and filled with lots of laughs! I left feeling incredible. Thank you so much, Gemma – I’ll definitely be back again in the near future! ❤️

So today was full leg wax, V mould and Swedish massage. Once again Gemma worked miracles, finding and releasing knots and tightness with the massage that I never knew existed. Waxing is never ‘pleasurable’ but Gemma is brilliant at making it as comfortable as possible. Highly professional whilst making you feel at ease at all times. Highly recommended

Lovely back massage today. Gemma had to work hard this morning to move some knots from around my shoulders & upper back. Nice 45 mins of me time ☺️ Will be booking regular sessions going forward.

Absolutely fantastic, she made a nervous client feel at ease. Helped me pick out which service I needed and how much it would cost. I liked the fact that I didn’t feel obligated to talk lots and the background radio made sure there wasn’t any awkward silences. She was very professional and her work is superb. Always love having a massage and back facial with Gemma. She’s so friendly and puts you instantly at ease. Her massages are amazing, also. She gets into all the knots and stiffness. I highly recommend her to everyone. You’ll always leave feeling happy with any of her treatments.

Gemma was fantastic as always. Full leg wax, v mould and full body massage. Waxing is never high on the list of ‘fun’ things to do but Gemma always makes it as pleasurable an experience as possible by making sure you’re comfortable and at ease all the way through the process. Massage was brilliant. Gemma was able to release several tension knots, constantly checking that everything was fine and I left feeling absolutely amazing. So pleased I found Gemma and have no hesitation in recommending her 🌟

I went for my first V Mould appointment and it was amazing! I was shown privacy and respect and made to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. I was listened to about my previous experiences and what I expected from the service, which was great! She was very precise about making sure all hair had been removed. Good aftercare given! Gemma made me feel really at ease for my first massage ever. She was very attentive and made sure to check how i was doing throughout the whole session. I felt like I'd known Gemma forever by the time the session was over. Her warmth and friendliness really helped make this a positive experience for me.
