Hannah and the team made us feel so welcome and relaxed. The relaxation room is gorgeous, the perfect place to chill pre/post treatment. The treatments we had were luxurious, we were in expert hands! I booked holistic heaven - back massage, Indian head massage and reflexology... It was amazing, highly recommend!! :)

Had my hair and make up done today for a wedding (wedding guest) and i am so so pleased! I had a great experience at Urban Spa. The space is really nice with lots of thoughtful details that made it feel calm and welcoming. I had a back massage and an Indian head massage, both of which were really relaxing. I’d definitely recommend!

The new venue is beautiful. You can see how much thought and hard work has gone into it. Hannah was really friendly and made me feel so welcome, as always. She gave me the most fantastic back massage and facial. I felt so relaxed and pampered, I could have gone to sleep. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I feel like I have had a proper pamper session. Whilst having a pedicure I sat in a chair that massages your back. I dozed off as was so relaxed having lvl and brow lamination. Value for money and really happy with the treatments done by abbie.
