I had a fabulous experience getting my first Russian Manicure. I walked in with high expectations, and this place exceeded them. Firstly, the front desk assistant was extremely nice and attentive. My nail tech was awesome, taking her time to give me the most beautiful set I've ever had in my life. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

Love this beauty salon, the girls are all amazing at what they do! Customer service is always on top! Alla has amazing, magic hands that always manage to bring my hair back from the dead! She is the only hair stylist in Brooklyn I trust with my hair! I am always able to have a very relaxing time after a stressful, long work day in the atmosphere of these wonderful ladies! This was my first time to Brooklyn Beauty Lounge. I came after getting an amazing spray tan downstairs a couple months ago with Bronzed by Julie and seeing the work they do while I was waiting. I wanted some vine nail art for my wedding next week, and they accommodated getting me an appointment on short notice AND the artist did an amazing job. Looks even better than my inspiration picture. I will be back!

All I can say is WOWW! I love it there! The woman at the front desk is a gem! She makes sures you're ok offers the customers beverage very sweet. My first experience at Beauty lounge made me feel like a diva . I felt good!. Lola is amazing very sweet and wanted to see me happy can't wait for my nails to grow so I can come back and do my nails ! Lol

Lovely service! Everyone is so nice! I loved the coffee and the welcoming atmosphere. My hairdresser has golden hands! She gave me exactly what I asked for in terms of my hairstyle. I highly recommend this salon, I’m so happy with my haircut and my blowout, will definitely come back here again.

The receptionist was very professional and attentive. The nail tech Paulina did an amazing job with my nails, very detail oriented, my cuticles look amazing. But my favorite person was Galina, she is a laser hair removal tech, she made me feel so comfortable, explained every step, and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. I can’t wait to come back and I will be highly recommending this lounge to all girlfriends 👯‍♀️

Dar provided me with such a beautiful and comfortable experience. She takes her time to educate her clients in aftercare and in how to wax themselves. She has such a sweet and beautiful spirit, she makes you feel comfortable in what can be a kinda uncomfortable experience, considering. This was my first waxing experience with Meli Beauté and I will definitely be coming back as a regular and recommending everyone I know.

The actual waxing was surprisingly quick and efficient. Yes, there was some discomfort, but it was way less intense than I had feared.

I recently had an appointment with Dar for a waxing session, and it was fantastic! Dar was incredibly professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
