Jess did an amazing job. Toward the end she started rushing a bit and some of the clean up was missed (left some lashes and lash pads on my face. Didn’t see the extra lashes until I got in the car). Other than that she was super friendly and did an amazing job. The facility is clean and beautifully decorated (extremely relaxing environment). Will definitely go back.

I am a virgin lash lift& brow girly. Elizabeth was very welcoming with her smile and very thorough in her technique. The henna needed to be applied a little longer than expected and she was very good about making sure I was happy with the results. I will be coming back.

Walter was great!!! Mellow, reassuring, and wow I really love my brows!!! That’s a first for me!! He corrected my two different eyebrows !! Nobody ever did that and I’ve had them done in the past with different people. Will definitely be going back in the future!! I highly recommend boom brows and Walter!!

My brow specialist was absolutely fabulous and lovely. They squeezed me in minutes before closing. Days later and I just love my brows. I did have an issue though with the shop next-door, which is a smoke shop. I started having a coughing fit that lasted through nearly the entire appointment and I do think it was from some residual smoke or something coming from next-door, which was very unfortunate. to be fair I could smell nothing and I was still getting over a cold but when I left, I was fine. But I like my lashes so much I can see myself going back and trying it again.
