The service of a mani pedi with shellac and paraffin wax treatment was wonderful. Our only complaint is that it was pretty warm in the spa. It doesn’t have to be freezing but a few degrees cooler would be more comfortable.

Wonderful place for a mani and/or pedi! I left feeling extra pampered. Super friendly staff, great selection of nail polish and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend, it is a neighbourhood gem! Going back soon to try their waxing services.

I was very pleased with the essential manicure and pedicure package. The services were done very thoroughly and came out with very clean results. They provide plenty of time during your appointment to allow the nails to dry properly. They also give a very relaxing foot/hand scrub and massage when you get the essential package. The staff were very friendly and nice, which made for a very calming and comfortable experience!

Always nice to see Susan. Great service, especially the addition of her new arm rest. It made having a manicure much more comfortable and relaxing. This small change is worth mentioning because sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest impact.

What a wonderful experience ... which is what you can expect at Precision Esthetics. Such a lovely, warm, peaceful and relaxing vibe. And I can't say enough about the uber-talented Kelly! I had the most lovely treatment and experience ... so grateful for Kelly's expertise and care. In truth, I kind of didn't want to leave ... ;-)

Your manicure chairs are too low compared to the height of your armrest shelves. This causes elbow and shoulder pain Thank you

Walk in for waxing and they took me right away and did a great job with a lovely mini- massage of head and shoulders!

One of the best mani/pedis I have ever had. The young lady took her time and did an excellent job. My only complaint is that the heat was turned up way too high. It was quite warm in there.

Aileen did a great job on my waxing. She was quick and friendly. She also seemed very knowledgeable and gave me some skincare tips. Would recommend!

My pedicure was great - Theresa was very attentive, and she often used my name and remembered my preferences from last time. Ty, at the front desk, was equally warm and welcoming - made me feel like they care about my business. Will come back!
