I've been going to Wax Pot for 5 years and couldn't recommend Siobhan more. She is professional, thorough and very attentive to my comfort. She's also an incredibly kind and warm person. Leface was an excellent therapist - firm pressure and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage . My only criticism is that the room was very cold and as a result the towels and blankets felt cold and a little damp. When you’re having a massage you aren’t wearing any clothes so I think a heater should be in in the rooms and towels fresh out of a dryer, warm or have an electric blanket underneath to make the the experience more enjoyable

My feet were looking very unkempt after a long holiday in the sun but as usual Kamini worked her magic. Reception staff always extend a warm & friendly greeting, the atmosphere is calm & relaxing and Kamini is a very skilled therapist. She transformed my feet with a wonderful pedicure. I highly recommend this salon.

First time visiting this venue for a Hollywood Wax. Definitely will be going back, practitioner was so efficient & experienced there was essentially 0 pain. It was over and done with before I had any time to think about it. Definitely recommend for a reliable waxing.

Absolutely incredible facial! I made a last minute appointment as a new client, but I was welcomed so warmly even though it was first thing in the morning on a bank holiday. Victoria talked me through my options & gave some really good recommendations. I had intraoral massage for the first time & it was fantastic. We only had an hour but nothing felt rushed. I felt like it was at least an hour & a half but was surprised when it was only an hour. I’ve been wanting to visit re:lax for a while but the Hackney location isn’t convenient for me so very happy the Borough yards location exists now.

Sabina is a marvelous beauty expert who managed to release my stressed body and mind just for 1 hour Deep Relaxation Session. My first time at this salon and Nicole was very warm and welcoming. I was in intense pain in back, legs and thighs so was unable to lie comfortably in certain positions. Nicole took time to make me comfortable, using pillows for support, before she started the treatment. As soon as she started, I felt immediate relief. She got right to the root of the problem and is very knowledgeable about how muscles work. Because of the intensity of my pain, I obviously wasn't cured in one session, but the pain had lessened considerably. I will be back for further sessions and I highly recommend Nicole.
