I had the most fantastic full body massage here at Waxthetics! It was just the right amount of pressure -- not too hard, not too soft, which is what I've been looking for in Kelowna for a long time! Shusma is also great at waxing, threading, and much more. That she runs her own business too is quite amazing! I would definitely go back for a full body massage here, and Shusma is just the loveliest of persons out there! I'm very happy we have Waxthetics in the heart of Rutland now!

It was my first time at Letaya Salon yesterday & Harmeet, who did eyebrow threading for me, made me feel welcome. She was cheerful, friendly, & accommodating. She was also not pushy in trying to sell more services to me. Instead she was more than happy to discuss my other options on eyebrow care & what may or may not work for me. Harmeet's delivery of customer service definitely makes me want to come back for more. :-)

This was my first appointment with her and I had such a great experience! Super informative, showed me how to use make up for my brows, shaped, literally everything. I thought my eyebrows were aiiight at least but after leaving Jorgia I realized my game was weak and now I am so happy with them!
