I have never been to the salon before and when I popped in one day to inquire about services, Trina greeted me like a long lost friend. She was so nice and made recommendations for the services I was interested in. I booked some waxing and a pedicure to try them out. I was very pleasantly surprised. Michelle's pedicure was outstanding and I can honestly say, I definitely will be back. Many thanks to Lauren who did my waxing. Great job and I again would not hesitate to have Lauren again. I cannot comment on the hair services but will be booking a consultation in the near future.

It took longer to get my hair cut than expected because of Kristine's inexperience. But I appreciated her gentle upbeat personality and that she called in a colleague to help her with new techniques. I walked away with my hair just as I wanted it. Michelle was thorough and a joy to chat with while she did my sugar waxing. She cared about the end result and took the time to make sure it was done well and completely. I will definitely book with her again!

Debated for months about getting my eyebrows done. Today was the day, and I am thrilled with the results. Alisha is very knowledgeable and skilled. She explained the process in advance of starting and continued to explain each step throughout. She consulted with me on the shape of my brows ensuring I was completely satisfied before starting. She checked with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. I am very happy with the color and shape of my brows.
