I had a really good experience with Sophie during my massage. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere was relaxing, and she took the time to understand my needs and preferences. The massage itself was amazing; she used just the right amount of pressure and focused on the areas that needed attention. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Fantastic! I was initially pretty nervous as recently moved into the area and needed to find a curl specialist. Monix is brilliant and put me at ease even at the consultation. I have 3C curly hair and was keen to cover roots and add depth to my colour along with a reshape to give me more volume especially at the crown of my head. Monix took one look at the image, discussed any concerns I had, offered suggestions and set to work. Am I so happy with the final result. If you have any reservations at all, please don’t. Monix is world class and I will definitely be returning.
