Darcy instantly put me at ease as soon as I stepped inside. She was very friendly & easy to talk to. Darcy was professional & thorough throughout my treatment & she would often check that I was O.K & happy with the treatment. Wonderful experience , microbladed eyebrows. Helen is such a professional making sure she knew exactly what I wanted. Checked colours ,told me exactly what was going to happen , a lovely consultation and manner . She set about what I feel changed my whole look. Helen's wonderful and warm personality shone through , she took great care with the procedure making sure i was comfortable , checking all the way through . Absolutely over the moon, looking forward to returning for my top up and other fantastic procedures Helen offers , a true gem .
