As always very happy with my haircut and eyebrow tidy Rebecca has been cutting my hair for many years and always makes sure I’m happy . I am clinically vulnerable so going out is not always easy for me but Rebecca always makes things easy and very comfortable at Ferdy’s the covid rules are followed excellent and I always feel very safe when visiting Ferdy’s very happy with the service I receive there and of course a great haircut 😊

Pari was super gentle and precise when waxing, definitely recommend! Great customer service!

A very thorough job was made of waxing my legs including my feet and toes and I enjoyed the leg massage afterwards. I felt very little discomfort with this type of waxing. Would recommend.

Although I had a good facial, and likely to go back, there was confusion over payment. I was told £45, and the attached invoice, #3882, sent later was also for £45, but I was charged £61 at the outlet. There is a mis-match between website and online management and shop. But I will go back, as the service was very good

Great experience in Ferdy's. It was my first visit, only for waxing this time, but the attention was kind, the time of my appointment was respected. The local is pleasant. Everything makes you want to come back to try other treatments like colour or hair style.
