I always feel I am stepping in to a sanctuary when I visit the Ilaethetics salon. Rebecca always takes time to listen to my exact needs and always exceeds my expectations. She guides you to the correct procedure/ service needed and I have always been really happy I have followed her recommendations. It took a while to find somewhere I feel totally comfortable visiting. I won't go anywhere else now. First class service every time.

Shweta is extremely polite, kind and truly professional. She treats you like family while doing the services and she is very good at them. This is my 3rd time back with Shwetha and she always does a wonderful job with hair colouring. She is very warm and friendly. Her eyebrow threading is painless and quick. She is now my go-to hair stylist/beautician ❤️
