Kirstie is so lovely and always makes me feel so calm and relaxed. I’ve just started my bio repeel journey and Im looking forward to seeing the results. Fantastic!!!! I have been here for eyebrows waxed, eyelash lift and dye pedicure, and nails every time I have an awesome experience quality personal service Emma doesn’t rush she takes her time and perfects her service I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! And loving the new snow fairy products smell amazeballs x

I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️
