The ladies in the salon had experienced a really difficult client just before I had arrived to my appointment which then set them back from their schedule and as a result I was seen to later than my original time for my appointment. Nian was very apologetic for the delay and handled the situation like a pro. Although all of the team had been set back due to this difficult client they remained professional level-headed and calm. Nian managed the team well and lead the team successfully to catch up on the time they had lost due to the difficult client. Go team Nails & the city!

I recently had my eyelash extensions done at J Beauty Salon by Preet, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Although I was a bit anxious at first, Preet made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The results are absolutely stunning – exactly how I envisioned them. Brilliant had waxing full body massage and manicure done in the comfort of my own home totally recommend her

Amazing! Felt completely relaxed afterwards. Lydia was really friendly and engaging. Treatment room was beautiful. Will be returning to book in for one of their body wraps as I clocked the shower too in the room.

Deedar was kind and thorough. She gave a good basic manicure and painted my nails exactly in the colour of my choice. She explained to me the different options available and I look forward to hopefully moving onto BIAB next time. Her hand massage was awesome! I felt much better about my hands afterwards.
